Concept and production of the stand for the Academy of Art Hamburg at The 2002 Milan Furniture Fair, Salone Satellite.

The Academy was represented by an installation of 500 second-hand vases, grouped together to represent one huge vase. Each vase was painted white, leaving only a thin strip of the original surface visible, as a witness of its past life. Visitors were then asked to throw table tennis balls into the vases, as if on a fairground. If they succeeded they won a vase. Only 30 vases remained standing at the end of the Fair.
